# Commission Structure

## 📊 Deposit Commission

***

### How it works

Deposit commission is earned when a referred user allocates funds into a Fixed Savings product.

Commissions are calculated based on the amount allocated, using a tiered structure.

***

### Commission Rates

| Referred Deposit Amount | Commission Rate |
| ----------------------- | --------------- |
| $0 – $9,999 | **1%** |
| $10,000 – $49,999 | **2%** |
| $50,000 – $99,999 | **3%** |
| $100,000+ | **4%** |

***

### Payout Structure (Vested)

Deposit commission is not paid upfront in full.

Instead, it is:

👉 Vested and paid monthly over the duration of the Fixed Savings term

***

#### Example

A referred user allocates **$100,000** into a 12-month Fixed Savings product:

• Total commission = **$4,000 (4%)**\
• Paid monthly = **\~$333 per month over 12 months**

***

### Important Conditions

Deposit commission will only continue to be paid if:

• The referred user’s funds remain allocated in the product\
• The product remains active or reaches maturity\
• No fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected

If conditions are not met

Any remaining unpaid commission is cancelled

***

## 📈 Interest Commission

***

### How it works

Interest commission allows you to earn ongoing rewards based on the interest generated by your referrals.

This applies to:

• Fixed Savings\
• Flexible Savings

***

### Commission Rates (Tiered)

| Monthly Interest Generated | Commission Rate |
| -------------------------- | --------------- |
| $0 – $499 | **7.5%** |
| $500 – $1,999 | **10%** |
| $2,000 – $4,999 | **12.5%** |
| $5,000 – $9,999 | **15%** |
| $10,000+ | **17.5%** |

***

### Payout Timing

Interest commission is:

👉 Paid on the same date as the referral’s interest payout\
👉 Credited directly to your account balance

***

### Flexible Savings Condition

For Flexible Savings:

👉 Interest commission is only paid if:

• The referred user maintains their allocation for at least 30 calendar days

***

#### If withdrawn early

❌ No interest commission is paid for that period

***

## 🔁 Summary of Earnings

The Varntix model allows you to earn:

• Upfront (vested) rewards from deposits\
• Ongoing recurring income from interest generation

This creates a structure where earnings grow alongside the activity and longevity of your referrals.

***

## 🚫 Restrictions & Compliance

To ensure fairness and integrity of the program:

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited\
• Multiple or linked accounts used to manipulate rewards are not permitted\
• Misleading or non-compliant promotion is prohibited

***

### Fraud & Abuse Monitoring

Varntix applies monitoring systems to detect:

• Linked accounts or coordinated activity\
• Unusual transaction patterns\
• Attempts to exploit commission structures

Where such activity is identified:

👉 Commissions may be withheld, cancelled, or reversed

***

## 🔐 Key Principle

The referral program is designed to reward genuine user growth and long-term participation, not short-term activity.

Higher-value referrals earn higher commission rates, rewarding quality introductions and larger allocations.
