# Processing Times

### How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals are typically processed promptly, however timing may vary depending on:

• Network conditions\
• Security checks\
• Internal processing requirements

In most cases, withdrawals are completed within a short timeframe.

### Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Once a withdrawal has been submitted and processed, it cannot be reversed.

Always double-check your wallet address and details before confirming a withdrawal.

### What should I do if my deposit hasn’t arrived?

If your deposit does not appear:

1. Check the transaction status using your transaction hash (TXID)
2. Confirm that the correct address and network were used
